Products eligible for return:

• an unlit candle,
• an unused diffuser,
• a perfume, even if it has been used and simply did not suit you.

Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Products purchased from the LUMINIA online store may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please include your online order number in the email, specify the product you would like to exchange and which LUMINIA product you would prefer instead, or describe your request. We will be happy to assist you and exchange any non-personalised LUMINIA product returned in its original packaging.
