RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We truly hope that you are happy about your order and enjoy your choice of LUMINIA products. However, if you are not absolutely satisfied, please write to us at info@luminia.com and we will do our best to fix it.
We will exchange your products from the LUMINIA online store within 30 days of purchase. Please write to us the number of your online order, the product you want to exchange and the replacement. We are happy to replace in the original packaging:
- an unlit candle,
- unused diffuser,
- perfume even if you used it and it did not suit you.
Please note, that personalized products are not eligible for exchange or return.
Please email us the number of your online order, the specific product you would like to exchange and what other LUMINIA product you would like, or your wish. We will be happy to accommodate you and exchange the LUMINIA product in the original packaging without personalization.
